Pastor Randy Knechtel is starting a new church in the Columbia. There will be many projects to take part in, and this will be good experience for us here in South Carolina. The Pastor Knechtel's church will be purchasing a building from another church who is purchasing property elsewhere, so there will be alot of things to do.
Job List :
1. a lot of carpet needs to come up so the cement floor can be stained.
2. ceiling tile and grids to be removed from the sanctuary area.
3. after tile removal, the exposed ceilings will be painted black.
4. non load bearing walls to be removed / moved.
5. front entrance moved out to expand foyer area.
The cost we have come up with so far would be as follows:
Hotel $ 70.00 per room. 2 per room $ 35.00 per person
Food $ 7.00 per day per person
Total--$ 42.00 per day--$ 210.00each for the week
