The Cost

The 2008 District Pow Wow cost is $30.00 per person if registered (post marked) by May 24th.  After May 24th add a $3.00 late fee.  Early registration is necessary in order for the staff to properly prepare for this event.  If you have any questions call or email John Campbell, Pow Wow Coordinator or Michael Keese, Camp Commander.  RTKBC!

 

Why The Increase?

It was decided at our 2006 District RR Council to increase the Pow Wow fee from $25 to $30 with the specific understanding that the increase will be used to provide improvements to the camp ground.  We will continue to use this $5.00 per person to benefit the camp.  If you have a specific suggestion for a project please let us know.

 

Events

FCF Village - Try your skill at knife and hawk throwing.

Pinewood Derby - Lindsay Dickson will have tips and tricks to make your car faster as well as a Pow Wow themed derby event.

National Guard Climbing Wall – This event if for Expedition Rangers, 14 years and older and commanders.  There is a special Rock Wall release form to climb the rock wall.

Civil Air Patrol - We are talking with the local unit to have information and a hands on event.

Pellet Rifles - The new permanent rifle range will be open.  We plan to use NRA Postal Shoot guidelines allowing our Rangers to compete nationally.

Tug-Of-War - Saturday morning.  Be ready to pull with all your might!

Obstacle Course – The obstacle course will be open!!
